The Salted Line is a hybrid housings series designed for underwater photography. It’s built to withstand depths of up to 40 meters (130 feet) and is tough enough to handle the rough conditions of the ocean, including big waves and shore breaks.
The Sea Frogs A7III / A7RIIII Salted Line camera housing, built specifically for the Sony A7III and A7RIII, includes a 4" glass flat port and zoom gear for the Sony FE 16-35mm f/4 OSS or FE 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 OSS lenses. It’s also compatible with other E-mount lenses. This housing allows control of all camera functions (except the joystick). The standard 90mm bayonet mount works with most Sea Frogs dry flat and dome ports, excluding those for A6xxx and RX1xx housings.
The Salted Line A7III / A7RIII version offers several upgrades over the standard Sea Frogs housing, including:
