Salted Line provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products purchased directly from our website against all defects in original workmanship and material under normal use and service, provided that the owner’s manual maintenance procedures have been strictly followed.
Conditions and Exclusions:
- This warranty only applies to products purchased directly at our website.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- All correspondence concerning this warranty must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- Any flood or damage caused by improper O-ring maintenance, failure to inspect seals before use, or negligence will not be covered. All products undergo extensive factory pressure testing and are guaranteed to be sealed when shipped.
- Salted Line will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses (including incidental or consequential) arising from the use of the product, including, but not limited to, loss of camera equipment, loss of captured images, or loss of profits.
- Cosmetic issues, including paint finishing, discoloration, powder coating, or material wear, are not covered.
- This warranty is void in the event of accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of care, improper storage.
- Excluded items: Cords, wet connectors, and O-rings are considered consumable parts and are excluded from warranty unless a manufacturing defect is proven upon receipt.
- Each housing is tested in a high-pressure chamber. Customers are required to perform a visual and operational check immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- By purchasing, you agree that Salted Line is not liable for personal injuries resulting from product operation.
- Repairs made under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
- Spare parts for approved claims are shipped via standard shipping (7–20 working days). Express shipping options are available at the customer's expense.
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping costs to our service center are the responsibility of the customer.

Please write your order ID and serial number of a unit in subject line, due to possibility of mail system not being able to recognize order details and forwarding your mail to spam folder.
Products that are purchased from Amazon, AliExpress, eBay or other third party sellers are not supported by Salted Line warranty.
If the product was purchased from third party sellers, Salted Line reserves the right to decline in following:
- warranty related information
- technical details or specifications
- operational guideline
- spare parts request
- exchange of a product
- other questions or requests
